The workflow

From the building to the invoice, in a single flow

Four steps that follow the real work of a construction company: build the portfolio, sell the units, keep costs under control and read what happened. Every step writes to the same data.

  1. Build the portfolio: buildings, floors, units

Buildings, multi-building complexes and standalone buildings come in with their full structure. Every floor holds its own units, and every unit holds the status the whole team sees instantly.

    • Complexes, buildings and standalone buildings in one structure
    • Floors and units with area, price and a live status
    • XLSX or CSV import of units when they already live in spreadsheets
  2. Sell the units: reservation, contract, instalments

The client is tied to the actual unit. The reservation expires on its own once its deadline passes, the contract is generated as a document from a configurable template, and the instalments track payments to the final collection.

    • Reservations with a deadline that free the unit with no intervention
    • The contract as a document: template, immutable snapshot, signature
    • An instalment plan and payments tied to the contract, not to a spreadsheet
  3. Keep costs and invoices under control

Materials, price history and expenses aggregate per building. The VAT invoice comes out of the same data, and the dashboard reads both sides without adding anything up twice.

    • Materials, historical prices and expenses aggregated per building
    • Fiscal PDF invoices with VAT from the real sales data
    • Margin is composed from sales and investment, never typed by hand
  4. Read what happened — and never lose it

Reports pull out the sales, the collections, the costs and the VAT. Reminders and emails are sent from a single scheduler, and off-site backups keep the data restorable.

    • Reports for sales, collections, overdues, costs and VAT
    • Reminders and emails from a single scheduler
    • Off-site backup and export of the company's data

Getting started

From the spreadsheet to the units, without typing them twice

The units and clients you have today in XLSX or CSV come in through a controlled import: columns map to fields, faulty rows are reported before anything is written, and you decide whether to accept only the valid rows or none at all.

  • Column mapping to unit fields inside a building that already exists
  • A preview before writing: faulty rows are reported, and you choose whether only the valid ones are accepted
  • The trash keeps every deletion reversible

The document

The contract is not a text field

In BuildMetrica the sale-purchase contract is a real document: a configurable template, whitelisted tokens, an immutable snapshot at the moment of generation and a lock after signing.

Template, snapshot, signature

The template is written once per country and used by every contract. When the contract is generated the text freezes: rendering reads only the snapshot, so a later change to the template never touches what the client signed.

  • Whitelisted tokens, each with a declared missing-value rule
  • One draft and one signed contract per contract — invariants in the database
  • After signing the document locks and the previous version stays on record

Three things every account gets

No add-ons, no optional modules and no configuration step.

  • A database dedicated to your company

Your company's data lives in its own database, created at sign-up — not in a table shared with everyone else.

  • Off-site backup

Copies are kept off the server that runs the application, and restoring has its own documented path.

  • Fiscal invoices with VAT

Construction invoices come out as PDFs with VAT and gapless numbering, allocated inside the same transaction as the invoice itself.
